Additionally, unlike other search engines, it powers its services using sustainable energy. Ecosia’s solar panels provide it with more than enough energy to power the platform; it’s carbon negative.
Ecosia is an undeniably amazing search engine due to its transparency, honesty, and efficiency. Instead of using the money earned from its users to fill the pockets of the company’s members, it has contributed to planting 60,000 hectares of forest. I’ve been using Ecosia for years, and my searches have reportedly funded the planting of 50 trees on my laptop alone.
